We’ve just launched a new real estate website for Shawna Stringer, a real estate agent located in Odessa, Texas and serving the greater, Midland, Odessa area in West Texas.
This website is yet another responsive WordPress website, one that is extremely attractive and also very functional.
This website has the potential to utilize IDX integration, which at this point, Shawna opted not to do. As her business grows, this is an option we can easily add, but at this point, it was not financially feasible for Shawna.
In lieu of IDX integration, we used a iFrame WordPress plug to imbed her basic MLS search features into her website – on the Property Search page. This affords potential clients the capability to search for properties in those cities supported by her MLS account.
Another feature not yet implemented includes a display of Featured Homes on the main, Home page. When Shawna has properties she wants to display, she can easily do this since this is a WordPress website. This will become even easier once she implements IDX integration.
Real Estate agents MUST have a website in today’s ever changing real estate market. Not only this, but they need a website that will automatically render correctly, regardless of the device a potential client may be using, such as a smart phone, a smart tablet, a laptop or even a desktop computer. Within today’s world of web design, this is most easily accomplished by implementing a “responsive” web design, such as the WordPress theme we customized for Shawna.
If you are a real estate agent, whether you work for yourself or are part of a larger realtor practice, you need a modern, state of the art website, one that potential clients can easily navigate. We welcome any calls from realtors if you are in need of a real estate website – just call us at 972-474-7035.
